lovely, lovely, lovely
The owner Melinda was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing us fresh milk and delicious snacks for our tea/coffee in the room. Our Double Room with Garden View was not only comfortable but also had a breathtaking view of the peaceful countryside. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, featuring fresh fruit that left us wanting more.

Charming garden views enhance the overall experience.
We faced some major issues during our stay. For starters, the shower was disappointingly weak, and the tap spluttered incessantly. The breakfast setup was cramped and unpleasant since we had to eat in our room, and it felt particularly frustrating to be denied juice or cereal options. we were awoken by the loud TV and snoring from the neighboring room, which certainly ruined what could have been a peaceful night's sleep.

Ideal for those seeking comfort and charm
Melinda treated us like family during our stay. Enjoyed the peaceful countryside vibes while sipping wine outside listening to the birds.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

Our stay was simply grand! Melinda treated us like family, with a lovely filling breakfast and stunning countryside views. Just a wee downside, the shower could've been a bit more powerful. But the overall experience was mighty!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. The breakfast felt like a treat, with homemade jams served with pancakes. I enjoyed the peaceful garden view, perfect for relaxing. The friendly owner even prepared a self-serve breakfast for my early ferry departure. It reminded me of my childhood summers. I stayed for one night on this trip.
The mattress felt too soft for my comfort. The hairdryer took time to dry hair properly.

Just a reliable pick for a quick stopover in Ballycarry with value for money. Our host was really helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Be prepared for a bit of a walk if arriving from the train station.

The room had a cozy vibe and a lovely garden view. Melinda made sure I had all the necessary comforts, including a kettle for hot drinks. It wasn't chic or modern but totally felt like a home away from home. Just wished the mattress was a bit firmer for my liking.

Room was bright with lovely garden views, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast featured a delightful homemade scone, elevating the meal experience. the shower pressure left much to be desired, and the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep quality. breakfast in the room felt cramped and lacked variety, impacting the overall dining experience.
